Spotlight Product: Porcelain Foundation

Here at Beaute Crue, we use real ingredients that are really natural and organic. Today, our spot light item is Porcelain Foundation.

Question: "What's in it?"

Answer: It contains just 4 ingredients. Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Zinc Oxide and Iron Oxide. What are these? Mica is a natural mineral pigment. Titanium Dioxide is used to add white coloring to cosmetics and it helps protect products from breakdown. Its also an important ingredient for sunscreen and protecting against ultraviolet radiation. Zinc Oxide is used primarily as a whitening agent and in sunscreen. Its also a lubricant, thickener and good for coverage and adhesion to the skin. Iron Oxide is a pigment that doesn't bleed and is water and sweat resistant.

Question: "How does your having fewer ingredients stack up to other companies?"

Answer: An ingredient in some popular foundations is UREA... It comes from bat waste and urine. We feel that is unhealthy, and unsafe and also just nasty on many levels! Having just the real, pure and simple ingredients lets women have a product thats as close to natural and weightless as possible. We have received comments about the "weightlessness" of our makeup and how good it stays on. You can't get that with fillers and bat poo!
